Can I exchange or return my order?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it at your expense within 2 weeks of receipt. If the returned item is in its original condition you will of course get your money back. If the color, length or diameter is the problem, it is possible to exchange it for another set (you have to pay for the resulting additional costs). We are sorry, but unfortunately you can neither return nor exchange dreadlock extensions tailor made for you, unless defective or damaged.
