When you have completed the order process, you will receive an order confirmation to your email. As soon as the goods are ready for shipment, we will send you the tracking number by email. This allows you to track the status of your order on the website of the shipping company you selected.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it at your expense within 2 weeks of receipt. If the returned item is in its original condition you will of course get your money back. If the color, length or diameter is the problem, it is possible to exchange it for another set (you have to pay for the resulting additional costs).
