Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of confirmed delivery as tracked by the carrier. If 30 days have passed since your delivery confirmation, we are unable to offer a return or refund.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, not installed and unaltered
- In original packaging with all original tags attached
- In undamaged, resaleable condition
Exceptions (Hygiene & Product Type)
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Hair extensions, dreadlock extensions or any hair products that have been opened, worn, installed or altered
- Hair care products that have been opened or used
- Accessories that have been opened, used or are no longer in resaleable condition
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale or final sale items
Unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect, in which case please contact us immediately.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at info@dreadradar.com before sending anything back. All returns must be approved in advance. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender at the customer's expense.
Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import fees, or taxes incurred during the return process. These fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time beyond this period.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@dreadradar.com.
We reserve the right to issue a partial refund for items returned in a condition that does not meet our return requirements.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your eligible item (once approved) and place a new order separately.
Disputes & Chargebacks
We kindly ask that you contact us at info@dreadradar.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Gift cards are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase. Remaining balances are carried over and can be used on future purchases. Dreadradar is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Orders paid in full or in part with a gift card that are returned or refunded will be credited back as a new gift card.
